When a person first reads a promotional ad for a product such as Rockin’ Body they wonder. Are the claims about it an exaggeration?
According to the ad you can burn up to a 1,000 calories an hour. How is this possible? Well, the key word is “up to” a 1,000 calories an hour. There is no guarantee.
However, it is nice to know that there is a program out there that has that capacity. You should start out slow, however, and then work up to burning that large amount of calories in such a short time.
About the Program
The Rockin’ Body seems to be very appropriately named. It features hit dance songs such as “Holiday,” “I Will Survive,” “I Love Rock and Roll,” and more.
The creator of this program is Shaun T, who also is the creator of the best-selling Hip Hop Abs program. This author and fitness expert first shared with the world how you can get flat abs without doing crunches.
He now has introduced the Rockin’ Body so that you can tone up and burn fat off your entire body. This Shaun T program is preferred for the following reasons:
- The moves are easy to learn and easy to follow. This is because of the “Mark It and Move It” method of teaching applied.
- The steps are not only easy to learn but also fun. Dancing instead of boring repetitious routines makes it not seem like you are working out at all.
- The program is complete. You work all areas of your body and not just one.
One Rockin’ Body program consists of up to 7 workouts total on two DVD’s. There are also a number of additional smoking’ exercise program sessions available on DVD. There are so many bonuses included in this program that it is hard to keep up.
A meal plan is also provided which is ironically called “Never Diet Again.” That is mainly because the work out of planning meals is made easier as it is done for you. It is like having your own personal dietician.
You can rock to workout titles such as “Mark, Move, and Groove” (a.k.a. Mark it and Move It), Disco Groove, Shaun T’s Dance Party, Rock it Out, and Party Express. These programs are varying lengths to suit varying fitness levels and interests.
This program is going to be a waste of money for you if you are not going to use it. You also cannot expect do perform the exercises only occasionally and get the results. Try to follow the plan as close as possible or as according to doctor’s instructions if you want maximum results.
It is best if you get a regular checkup to make sure your total health condition warrants use of this exercise program. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully to avoid injury and be careful not to over-exert your body in the process.
If you have any more questions you can see the official Rockin’ Body order site. If there is an opportunity to try it without obligation then by all means take it. What do you have to lose?
