When we watch babies sleeping we all get a twinge of jealously about how peaceful and deep they sleep. We feel that way because we don’t sleep that way anymore nor do we go to sleep that fast anymore. Our bodies lose that ability as we get older. Because of that many people use sleeping pills but is this really a good idea when RestAide is available?
There can be little doubt that sleeping pills can render you unconscious and, in many ways, asleep. If you have ever taken them you know that it is an artificial sleep and not very restful. Many times people are more tired than they were when they went to bed. There is also the problem with the drugs leaving the system. The next morning many people should not be driving a car much less fly an airplane (in fact, pilots are not allowed to take OTC sleeping pills). To this there are problems with abuse of sleeping pills and of people developing high tolerances. That is not healthy at all.
Now there is RestAid. It works very differently than other sleeping pills and does not carry the same dangerous side effects. To understand how RestAid works, it helps to have better understand how we sleep.
Sleeping and RestAid
When we are younger our bodies produce plenty of glutathione. What does glutathione do? It is responsible for breaking down chemicals that prevent sleep. These are things are like caffeine and/or alcohol. As we age our bodies make less and less glutathione. This means it will take longer and longer to break down the chemicals that keep you up as opposed to a teenager.
RestAid is loaded with cysteine milk peptide. It is amazing stuff that triggers the body to start producing more glutathione. That, of course, breaks down the toxins and therefore induce a natural sleep. Now you might be able to beat the teenager to sleep. But the cysteine milk peptide is not the only tool RestAid uses.
RestAid also contains melatonin. You might wonder what melatonin is but you have felt the effects of it before. What it does is regulate the bodies internal clock. As we get older we have less and less of it in our body so we are not getting all the “bedtime cues” that we used to. RestAid fixes that but that still does not explain why you might know it. Turkey is loaded with melatonin. That is why you get so sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner!
Now that you see how you fall asleep and how RestAid works you can see why it is simply superior. First, it works just like your body did when it was younger and allows you so fall asleep like you used to. Then, there is no worry about abuse or dependency. That is one of the biggest concerns over sleeping pills and what makes them so dangerous.. Also, you don’t need to worry about building up a tolerance to it;it would be like having a tolerance to air. Really, no “sleeping pill” can compare to RestAid.
